The County of San Bernardino Workforce Investment Board (SBWIB) is charged with addressing major workforce issues in the County. The SBWIB’s role is to convene appropriate parties around these issues, create dialogue among relevant parties, generate creative, innovative solutions through consensus and to enlist community commitments to action, in order to achieve a competitive advantage.

The Workforce Investment Board of San Bernardino County is comprised of private business representatives and public partners appointed by the County of San Bernardino Board of Supervisors.
